Welcome and thanks for consigning with us. We look forward to creating an extraordinary partnership with you. Here are the terms of our consignment agreement:

  1. We will work with you to pick up, drop off, or otherwise store your items until sold.  Please note, sometimes there are items we are unable to accept.  This is not intended as a slight but rather based on market preference. 
  2. Once you agree to consign your items with Purple Pig, LLC you are not allowed to sell the consigned items on your own. If you decide to do so, you will still be responsible for the consignment split. See item #5.
  3. We will attempt to sell your items for 90 days.  We do our best to sell your items at full price, but the price may be discounted at day 30 and again at day 60. At the end of a selling season items may be further reduced as part of a promotion. 
  4. Shipping costs will be split  50% to the buyer and 50% to the seller.
  5. You will receive 50% of the final selling price, which may be a sale price less ½ of the sales tax and/or shipping costs. 
  6. Status of your items (Unsold, Pending Sale, Sold) and balances due to you will be available by texting 402.690.0278. Please allow 24 hours for a reply. 
  7. Payouts will be ACH or check for balances over $30 or full payout upon closing your account.  Funds will be paid after payment from the buyer has cleared the Purple Pig bank account. For checks this can be up to 5 days.
  8. Some of your items may be unsold after 90 days. Unclaimed or un-retrieved items become property of Purple Pig. Please select what you would like done with your items at this time:
    1. Retrieve within 2 weeks after day 90
    2. Dispose of as Purple Pig sees fit 
  9. We will do our best to safeguard your items but we are not responsible for damage or loss of items left with Purple Pig.
